In short
Visitor registration is free, so no payment or refund applies. Membership is free too. For paid items (stalls, Artist Alley tables and sponsorships), the rules below apply. All approved and applicable refunds are returned to the original payment method within 30–45 working days.
1. Stalls and Artist Alley tables

2. Sponsorships
Sponsorship cancellations and refunds follow the terms of your signed sponsorship agreement.
3. If we cancel or postpone
If we cancel the festival, you will receive a full refund of stall, table and sponsorship fees. If we postpone it, you can keep your booking for the new dates or request a full refund within [30] days of the announcement.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@konnichiwajapan.in with your name, booking ID, and payment reference. We will reply within [3] working days. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
5. Failed or duplicate payments
If money was debited but your payment failed, or you were charged twice, your bank or Razorpay will usually reverse it automatically within 5–7 working days. If not, email us with the payment reference and we will resolve it.
